Once we have understood a problem, and have identified WHO needs to do WHAT differently, we can begin to apply an effective process of understanding what influences that behaviour. This understanding will help us find a way to address this influence. However, psychologists and behavioural scientists have identified many different influences or drivers of behaviour. Understanding these drivers and how to identify them within the target audience group we are working with, can help us when it comes to designing targeted interventions or solutions. In this video, we uncover the main drivers of behaviour, and the steps you can take to understand what motivates your target audience, those who need to do something differently, and the alternative behaviour you want them to engage in.
