When we have a clear idea of a behaviour we want our target audience to perform, we are able to take a deep dive into understanding that behaviour, and the specific drivers and barriers, or motivators, for that behaviour in our target audience.
In this video, we will explore the drivers and barriers of behaviour we most often come across when working on behaviour change challenges. We will discuss how these are related and how they differ to each other, and explore ways in which they may be relevant to the behaviour of your target audience.
