Governing Ocean Pollution

In this video, you will learn how multifaceted strategies for governing ocean pollution can be. Ocean pollution does not know any boundaries but it affects us all and all parts of the world, regardless of where the harmful activity occurred and who is responsible for that. So, despite international and national efforts to prevent and reduce pollution of the oceans, a lot needs to be done to improve and enforce existing laws and to consider whether new activities, such as the storage of sequestered CO2 on or under the sea floor, should be permissible or not.
